What we collect

If you contact us through the inquiry form or email, we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, and the details of your project. If you subscribe to the Field Notes newsletter, we receive your email address. That's it. We don't run accounts, we don't take payments on this site, and we don't sell anything here.

What we do with it

We use your information only to respond to you: to discuss a project, answer a question, or send the newsletter you signed up for. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone. (Our standing rule, not just a policy line.)

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set tracking cookies and doesn't run third-party analytics scripts. Server logs may record standard technical details (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability, and are not used to profile visitors.

Email services

Form submissions and newsletter signups are processed through Formspree, which handles delivery on our behalf. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time by replying to any issue with "unsubscribe." Ask us to delete your contact details any time by emailing Kenilramani@kenirainc.com — we'll confirm once it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
