1. The approach. Not a tight crop of the front door — the house the way the street sees it.
2. The money room at the money hour. Figure out when the sun hits the kitchen and be there.
3. The flow. One continuous move from the kitchen into the living space, so buyers feel how the house lives instead of guessing it.
4. The detail shot. The fixture the seller won't shut up about gets its close-up.
5. The exhale. A wide drone frame at the end. Still. Let them picture pulling into the driveway.

Get those five right and you can skip the rest.
